No legalese — this is the whole story of what we collect while you sign up, why, and what we'll never do with it.
What we collect, and why
- Your name, mobile and email — so we can help you with your sign-up and reach you about your line.
- Your address — only to check which fibre networks reach your home and to book your installation.
- Home/business and usage answers — only to recommend the right plan.
- Payment preference— how you'd like to pay. We don't collect banking details in this sign-up.
We don't ask for your ID number during sign-up. Identity verification for the line happens at installation.
Your consent, your choice
Processing your details to set up and run your line is the one consent we need (POPIA lawful processing). Marketing is a separate, optional consent — and you can opt out any time by replying to any message or emailing us.
What we never do
We never sell your information. We only share your address and name with the fibre network operator that has to install and run your physical line — that's it.
